Kothin village benefits from SAD camp

NEW KOTHIN, 27 NOV 

 

The Tirap district administration conducted Sarkar AapkeDwar at New Kothin village, near district headquarters Khonsa on Saturday.

 

Over 698 beneficiaries of Old Kothin, Boakfam-1, Panchuak, Humroy and New Kothin village were benefitted from services provided by the various government departments at their doorstep.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Dadam CO PikTayom briefed the concept and objectives of conducting SAD and the services being provided at the doorsteps through the various department.

 

He urged all the villagers to take advantage of the central and state flagship programmes.

 

The DC also appealed to the PRIs, GBs, religious leaders, ASHAs workers, Anganwadi workers, students leaders and youth leaders to create awareness among the villagers about the government’s welfare schemes.

 

ST, PRC, birth certificates, ration cards, CMAAY certificates, etc were distributed on the spot. (DIPRO)
